Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to define job requirements and success criteria.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the tech industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen for hard skills effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Chicago, IL for occasional team syncs.
