Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates for software engineering, data science, and IT roles using LinkedIn and niche forums.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize job descriptions and career pages for high-ranking keywords to drive organic traffic.
- Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate technical skills.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics, track recruitment funnel conversions, and generate weekly reports.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or HR within the IT/software industry.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to identifying passive candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
