- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Utilize transcription software and foot pedals efficiently
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Communicate technical issues or clarification needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with proven accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription tools
- Exceptional command of English grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
