Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Windows/MacOS and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Environment: A quiet, distraction-free home office environment with reliable, high-speed internet.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.
