Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and robust security protocols in all systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for the AI engineering department.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI innovation aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong experience with distributed computing systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to production deployment.
- Experience with quantum computing principles or advanced edge AI architectures is a plus.
