You will be responsible for architecting scalable, next-generation artificial intelligence systems that will drive our roadmap well into the decade.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our solutions are robust, ethical, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, high-performance machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI compliance and ethical standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making across the organization.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the core stack.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased throughput.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
