Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting capabilities for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics, translating theoretical models into production-ready software.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant system architectures that can handle high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leads to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI development and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proven track record of patentable innovations or contributions to open-source AI communities.
