Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and own the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, aligning AI and Quantum research with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in research and development, focusing on next-gen neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems that leverage the unique capabilities of hybrid AI/Quantum environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and potential acquisition targets in the AI/Quantum space.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
