Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy across multiple industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software (Express Scribe, Otter.ai) for efficient workflow
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal briefs, medical reports, etc.)
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through subject-matter expert collaboration
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining superior quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training for emerging transcription technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable samples
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (certification preferred)
- Advanced mastery of English grammar, punctuation, and style guides
