- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive materials
- Utilize specialized transcription software and audio enhancement tools

- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, general)
- Perform quality checks and edit transcripts for grammar/clarity

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent software
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to handle diverse accents and technical terminology
