Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical neural networks optimized for next-generation processing units.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop proprietary algorithms to minimize error rates in quantum gates and enhance the fidelity of data transmission.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) into cloud-based AI infrastructures.
- Neural Pathway Simulation: Create high-fidelity simulations of neural pathways to train models capable of real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging trends in quantum supremacy and integrating them into our roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of quantum engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Computational Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow; hands-on experience with Qiskit or Cirq.
- Quantum Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, qubits, superposition, and entanglement.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, multi-disciplinary problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
