Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and optimization protocols
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks with 99.99% reliability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructures
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography and data protection
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and AI researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction techniques
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Strong background in high-performance computing and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cybersecurity
