What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and ML engineers
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for AI workloads
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Present findings at international conferences (Q2C, ICML, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python/C++ with high-performance computing
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Strong track record of securing research funding
