Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for complex system modeling
- Lead experimental validation on quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum AI methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Physics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Expertise in at least one classical ML framework (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to bridge theoretical and applied research
