We are seeking a visionary Quantum AI Roadmap Strategist to lead our technology trajectory toward the year 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum computing capabilities and practical AI applications, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
As a strategist, you will be responsible for defining the long-term technical vision, identifying emerging quantum technologies, and aligning our roadmap with market demands. You will work closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives that define the future of AI.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to craft a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Prioritize Innovation: Evaluate emerging quantum algorithms and AI frameworks, selecting the most impactful technologies for development.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, including competitor moves in quantum computing, to identify strategic opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Work with engineering leads to ensure the right talent and infrastructure are in place to meet ambitious 2026 milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq), deep learning architectures, and large language models.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
