Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for commercial quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum supremacy research
- Implement quantum-safe cryptography for enterprise applications
- Drive roadmap for quantum-classical hybrid computing platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or 8+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
