Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Create quantum simulation environments for material science and drug discovery
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum computing breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of quantum systems experience
- Proven track record in building quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket) and hardware integration
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Quantum Security Professional) preferred
