Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and materials science
- Lead the development of error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive modeling and optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture with demonstrated quantum supremacy projects
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
