Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubits and error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputers
- Develop patent-pending quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech forums and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in at least one classical high-performance computing stack
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
