Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise-grade applications
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
- Mentor quantum engineering interns and junior researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with proven qubit manipulation experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (arXiv/IEEE journals)
