Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs bridging AI, biotech, and sustainability ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage a team of futurists and research analysts driving scenario planning initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into 5-year roadmaps
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking abilities
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through future modeling
