Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in qubit stabilization and quantum networking
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
- Translate quantum theoretical models into practical implementation blueprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development or quantum architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and linear algebra
