Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 industry adoption milestones
- Lead R&D initiatives for fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation communication networks
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Track record of securing patents or peer-reviewed publications in quantum technologies
