Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing integration with classical infrastructure
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging quantum technologies through continuous research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Proven track record of publishing in top quantum computing journals
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
