Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure integrating superconducting, photonic, and trapped-ion systems

- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9%+ qubit fidelity targets
- Lead implementation of quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for next-gen data security
- Optimize quantum network latency and bandwidth for distributed quantum computing
- Establish quantum hardware-software co-design frameworks for maximum computational efficiency
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QIS (Quantum Information Science), and quantum error correction
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms for optimization or simulation problems
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ) and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in distributed systems, HPC, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
