- Design and deploy quantum-classical hybrid computing infrastructure for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-knowledge encryption
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time industrial applications in logistics and materials science
- Develop quantum-safe cybersecurity frameworks for 2026's threat landscape
- Mentor quantum engineers and researchers in cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and topological qubit manipulation
- Proven track record scaling quantum systems to 100+ qubits with >99.9% fidelity
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience with hybrid computing architectures (HPC + quantum accelerators)
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing journals preferred
- Strong leadership in cross-disciplinary technical teams
