Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead research initiatives in error correction and quantum coherence optimization

- Mentor PhD researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Secure $10M+ in government and private research funding
- Develop quantum security frameworks for critical infrastructure

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming toolkits
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants for quantum research
