- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and postdoctoral fellows in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Drive patent strategy for novel quantum hardware innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
