Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware systems

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $1M+ in research grants from NSF/DARPA/industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
