Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols to advance quantum coherence times
- Lead experimental research on superconducting and photonic qubit systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Track record of solving complex optimization problems using quantum annealing
- Ability to secure research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships
