Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise PhD-level quantum computing interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques and topological quantum computing
- Strong background in machine learning applications for quantum system optimization

- Patents or pending patents in quantum computing architectures or algorithms
