Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization and material science simulations
- Design and execute fault-tolerant quantum computing experiments using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Track record of high-impact publications in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and many-body physics
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave control electronics
