Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead quantum hardware prototyping experiments using superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise systems
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Secure research grants from government agencies and private investors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)

- Expertise in quantum hardware architectures and cryogenic systems
