We're seeking a visionary Quantum Computing Researcher to develop next-generation algorithms and systems that will redefine computational boundaries. In this role, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry pioneers in our state-of-the-art Austin research facility, where we're building the quantum internet infrastructure. Your work will directly impact industries from pharmaceuticals to space exploration, solving previously impossible problems through quantum supremacy.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for error correction and optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims in cryogenic systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Develop patentable quantum cryptography protocols
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Present findings at international conferences (IEEE Quantum Week, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in cryogenic system operation and quantum hardware interfacing
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with machine learning integration for quantum systems
- Track record of securing quantum computing research grants
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
