Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols and encryption frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for real-world deployment
- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to quantum-optimized platforms
- Establish performance benchmarks and quantum error mitigation protocols
- Research emerging quantum technologies and assess integration feasibility
- Document architecture blueprints and technical specifications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum hardware interfaces
- Proven track record designing enterprise-grade distributed systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Certification in cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience with DevOps for quantum systems and hybrid workflows
