Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Create blueprints for quantum-secure communication networks
- Research emerging quantum hardware technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for AI optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in complex systems architecture and distributed computing
