Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems with 99.999% fault tolerance
- Design neural-symbolic AI frameworks for quantum error correction
- Lead implementation of post-quantum cryptographic protocols
- Develop quantum-resistant blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for NP-hard problems
- Coordinate with DARPA and NASA quantum research initiatives
- Author white papers on quantum-ML convergence methodologies
- Mentor engineers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years designing fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum-classical API integration frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds
- Security clearance for federal quantum projects preferred
