Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen UX frameworks integrating quantum computing interfaces and neural feedback systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing neuro-adaptive user journeys for 2026-era applications
- Translate complex quantum data streams into intuitive, ethically-designed interfaces
- Establish pioneering research methodologies for immersive spatial computing experiences
- Collaborate with AI ethics boards to develop responsible interaction protocols
- Present visionary research findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science/HCI with 8+ years in emerging tech UX research
- Proven expertise in quantum computing interface design or neuroadaptive systems
- Published research on spatial computing or neural UX methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and human-centered AI principles
- Portfolio demonstrating work with at least one 2026-era technology prototype
- Fluency in quantum UX research tools (QXLab, NeuroMapper Pro)
