Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat conversations across social platforms, forums, and live streams
- Enforce community guidelines with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Identify and report policy violations, spam, and harmful content promptly
- Escalate complex issues to senior moderators or compliance teams
- Document moderation activities and maintain detailed case logs
- Collaborate with content teams to improve user experience and engagement
- Participate in ongoing training on platform updates and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Discord, Twitch, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital safety protocols and content regulations
