Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time chat conversations using proprietary moderation tools to enforce community guidelines
- Identify and report inappropriate content, harassment, or policy violations according to platform standards

- Maintain accurate moderation logs and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekly training sessions on emerging digital trends and moderation best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or content moderation experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with 70+ WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency in using moderation platforms (e.g., ModSquad, Modulate)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Must reside in Orlando, FL metro area for tax purposes
