Responsibilities
- Monitor Chat Streams: Actively monitor chat channels to ensure a safe and positive environment for all users.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Content Moderation: Identify and remove spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content in compliance with company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all interactions adhere to community standards and safety protocols.
- Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and report trends to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, chat moderation, or online community management is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Technical: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
