- Enforce Guidelines: Identify and address inappropriate content, spam, or policy violations immediately.
- Resolve User Issues: Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and de-escalate conflicts professionally.
- Report Anomalies: Flag potential security threats or bot activity to the technical team for further investigation.
- Maintain Tone: Ensure all communications reflect our brand’s professional and friendly voice.
- Community Engagement: Proactively engage with users to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Internet Stability: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
