Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat conversations to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally via text-based chat platforms.

- Identify and escalate potential security threats or policy violations to the senior team.
- Assist users in navigating our platforms and troubleshooting common issues.

Qualifications
