As a Chat Moderator, you will bridge the gap between our brand and our users, handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Live Chat Monitoring: Actively review and manage real-time chat conversations to ensure compliance with community standards and safety guidelines.
- Content Enforcement: Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate content, spam, or abusive behavior immediately.
- User Support: Assist users with technical issues, account troubleshooting, and general inquiries through instant messaging channels.
