- User Engagement: Proactively respond to user inquiries, feedback, and support requests with a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Content Management: Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate content, spam, or malicious behavior to maintain a positive environment.
- Tone Enforcement: Ensure all user communications reflect our brand voice and adhere to established style guides.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common user issues and escalate complex problems to senior moderators or technical teams.
- Reporting: Generate daily reports on community activity, incident rates, and moderation trends.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in English with exceptional grammar and writing skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support, social media moderation, or content moderation is highly preferred.
- Technical Requirements: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot subtle nuances in text and identify policy violations quickly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to cover US time zones.
