- Flag and escalate inappropriate content according to protocol
- Document moderation activities and compile weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation strategies
- Participate in ongoing training on emerging digital trends and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in community moderation or customer service
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in moderation tools (e.g., ModTools, Discord, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be available to work evenings/weekends as needed
