Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat traffic to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately via text-based channels.
- Moderate content to prevent spam, abuse, harassment, and inappropriate behavior.
- Escalate complex technical issues or account concerns to the Senior Support team.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, content moderation, or chat support.

- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
