- Monitor and moderate real-time chat channels across platforms (Discord, Slack, Twitch)
- Enforce community guidelines with precision and cultural sensitivity
- Escalate policy violations and security threats to senior moderators
- Document incidents using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak engagement periods
- Identify trends in user behavior for proactive moderation strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in content moderation or community management
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English with native-level fluency
- Comfortable with rotating schedules (including weekends)
- High-speed internet and distraction-free workspace
