Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live chat streams and forums in real-time to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
- Engage with users proactively to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Enforce content policies to prevent harassment, spam, and inappropriate behavior.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or potential security threats to the senior management team.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and report weekly performance metrics.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
