Responsibilities

- Report technical issues or complex cases to the Senior Moderation Team for escalation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation of interactions.
- Adhere to strict schedules and shift requirements to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, content moderation, or online community management.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
